What Every Program Includes at No Extra Cost
Certified Facilitator
Every session is led by a CFP®, CPA, or CFEI credentialed instructor who combines deep knowledge of savings mechanics with formal training in adult education principles. Facilitators maintain a minimum 4.2/5.0 rating across 3,200+ session evaluations — those who fall below receive additional coaching before leading another session. You're never getting a junior associate reading from a slide deck.
Pre-Session Knowledge Survey
Before we enter the room, we know your audience. A tailored knowledge-gap assessment identifies what participants already understand, where confusion lives, and which savings behaviours are most relevant to their income profile and benefits package. This is how we calibrate — so the session addresses real gaps instead of repeating what people already know.
Action Plan Templates
Printable worksheets participants take home and use immediately. Not vague goal-setting forms — concrete documents with dates, dollar amounts, account types, and step-by-step automatic transfer instructions. Designed by our curriculum team led by Marco Pellegrini using adult learning principles developed over a decade of iteration. The 73% action rate starts here.
Post-Session Report
Within five business days of your session, your HR team or program lead receives a comprehensive report: attendance data, aggregate survey results, anonymized knowledge-gain scores, and facilitator observations. These are the numbers your leadership needs to justify the investment to finance — and the numbers that have kept employer partners like Apotex and BuildDirect renewing year after year.
"What sold me was the impact assessment report at the end of our six-month program. Not just 'employees liked the workshops.' They tracked action — automatic savings setups, RRSP contribution increases, EAP referral trends. That accountability is rare in the wellness space."
— Trevor Blackwood, Director of Total Rewards, BuildDirect TechnologiesWhy Employers Recoup Their Investment Quickly
Financial education isn't a cost — it's an efficiency gain. When employees don't understand their benefits, employers pay for programs nobody uses. When they do understand, the return is measurable.
$320,000 Recaptured in Year One
Apotex was losing over $300,000 annually in unclaimed employer RRSP matching. After a four-week workshop series costing a fraction of that figure, RRSP participation jumped from 51% to 74%. The program paid for itself many times over — and reduced payroll advance requests in the process. Read the full case study →
Retention Tool Cited by Leadership
A five-module online course plus live Q&A sessions reached 289 of 410 employees. The VP of People Operations cited the program as a retention tool during the Q3 all-hands meeting. The partnership is now entering its fifth year. For distributed teams, the per-learner online course license at $45 delivers measurable engagement at scale. See industry-specific results →
Answers to Common Pricing Questions
Yes. Community organizations and registered non-profits receive a 25% discount on all programs. Libraries and settlement agencies may qualify for fully subsidized workshops through our community partnership stream — the same stream that funded the Toronto Public Library "Save Smart TO" series.
That partnership served 1,140 participants across 36 workshops in eight months — many sessions at no cost to the institution. Materials were delivered in English, French, Simplified Chinese, and Tamil. If your organization serves vulnerable populations, reach out and we'll build a proposal that works within your budget.
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the scheduled date. 50% refund for 7–13 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 6 days. These terms are also outlined in our Terms of Service.
Rescheduling is available at no charge with 7+ days notice. We understand that organizational priorities shift — we'd rather reschedule than have you lose your investment.
Corporate programs over $5,000 can be invoiced in two installments: 50% at booking, 50% upon completion. We work with your procurement process — including PO-based invoicing, net-30 terms, and multi-department cost allocation if your program spans more than one team.
For multi-year partnerships like the ones we maintain with Apotex and BuildDirect, we also offer annual contract pricing with predictable quarterly billing.
The calculator provides a baseline. Most corporate engagements involve some customization — industry-specific case studies, benefits-package integration, multilingual delivery, or scheduling across multiple office locations. That's normal and expected.
Send us a note through our contact form with your group size, timeline, and goals. Priya Narayanan, our Corporate Programs Manager, will build a precise proposal within two business days. Every proposal includes a detailed scope of work, deliverables timeline, and clear payment terms — no surprises after you sign.
One-on-one coaching is $150 per 45-minute session. Sessions are conducted virtually or in-person at our Steeles Ave location. Most coaching clients book an initial session and then a follow-up four to six weeks later to review progress on their savings plan.
Online self-paced courses are $45 per learner for individual enrollment. Each course includes short video lessons, interactive exercises, and downloadable action plan worksheets. Employers licensing courses in bulk for 20+ learners receive volume pricing — reach out for a quote tailored to your headcount.
