We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our services. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with banks or financial institutions. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what control you have.
- We collect your name and email when you fill out a form or subscribe.
- We use cookies to understand how people navigate this site.
- We never sell personal information to third parties.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time.
- We store data on servers located in Canada.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
When you fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, register for a workshop, or enroll in an online course, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and any details you provide in a message field.
For corporate program clients, we may also collect job titles, department names, and company size — details necessary to calibrate our curriculum to your team.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit this website, our servers record standard technical data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
We use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember your preferences, understand site usage patterns, and improve your experience. See Section 3 for full details on cookie types and how to disable them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for four purposes. No more.
Service delivery. Responding to your inquiry. Scheduling your workshop. Sending course access credentials. Delivering program reports to your HR team.
Communication. Sending the weekly newsletter you subscribed to. Following up on a workshop evaluation. Notifying you of schedule changes for a program you're enrolled in.
Site improvement. Understanding which pages visitors use most. Identifying broken links or confusing navigation. Measuring whether site changes improve the experience.
Legal compliance. Responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities. Maintaining records required by Ontario business regulations.
We do not use your information for profiling, behavioural advertising, or automated decision-making.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Cookies We Use
Essential cookies. Required for the site to function. They remember your cookie consent preference and maintain session integrity. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Analytics cookies. Help us understand traffic patterns — which pages are popular, where visitors arrive from, and where they leave. We use a privacy-focused analytics provider that anonymizes IP addresses and does not track users across websites.
Preference cookies. Remember choices you make — such as whether you've dismissed a notification banner. These improve your experience on return visits.
We Do Not Use
Advertising cookies. Third-party tracking pixels. Social media tracking scripts. Retargeting tools. None of these exist on this site.
How to Disable Cookies
Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time. Instructions vary by browser — search "[your browser name] disable cookies" for current steps. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site and deliver our programs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.

Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months from the date of submission, then permanently deleted.
Newsletter subscriber data: retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
